Homebuyer Seminar

There will be a Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday May 3rd, 2008 at 11am at McGirts Village Townhomes, Bldg # 3 McGirts Village Lane.

The Seminar is being sponsored by Distinguished Realty, Bank of America, and SunTrust Mortgage.

Information will be provided about First Time Homebuyer programs, Previous Homeowner programs, Down Payment assistance, Pre-qualification, and Credit Repair assistance.

A Free Credit Report will be offered to attendees along with a Free Homebuying Handbook.  Representatives of Bank of America, Sun Trust Mortgage and Distinguished Realty will be on hand to answer questions and provide assistance.
