The week of August 11th to the 14th we will have different events planned for our members and special new guests to participate in, such as a circuit boot camp, the new group personal training classes, kick box boot camp, ball boot camp, women's self defense class on the 14th from 6-8pm, drawings for free prizes each night at 7pm.
