Lake Shore

The Lake Shore Area Preservation Society (LAPS) is currently searching for old photographs and information of the historic Lake Shore neighborhood. We are in the process of restoring both the monument and arches near the corner of Bayview Road and Blanding Boulevard and would greatly appreciate any photos of the area from the mid- to late 1920s. This is just a quick note to let everyone know I am the Westside-area reporter. My Westside Sun and this site cover the Westside, Riverside, Avondale, Ortega, Murray Hill, Lake Shore, Wesconnett, Cecil, Baldwin and surrounding neighborhoods.
